Last year, my wife and I completed our new home on the South Hill in Spokane. This is the fifth custom home we have built (two in Spokane) as we moved around the country pursuing our career. We are very experienced and knowledgeable home builders. In addition, my father owned a construction company that built custom homes in the Bellevue, WA area.Larry and Carol Holstein, Homeowners
Fortunately, our last home turned out to be our best…because we did our homework, interviewed contractors, examined their work and talked with previous clients. As our General Contractor we chose Eagle Mountain Construction, largely because of the quality of their finished product and because their sub-contractors had been with them for a number of years and all had great reputations. We interviewed Eagle Mountain’s subs, but also considered some from our previous project. In the end, we went with all of Eagle Mountains’ recommendations.
For tile work, on-site finished hardwood floors, hard surface counter tops, fireplace surrounds, hearths and carpeting we used Wallflowers in Spokane…and later returned to Wallflowers for all of our window coverings. The people we worked with at Wallflowers were simply the very best, they are friendly, knowledgeable, creative and organized with great follow through and good communication skills…they are also good listeners.
Our main contact at Wallflowers was our designer, Liz Mancini. She was terrific…our home, wouldn’t be the lovely home it is without Liz’s guidance and direction in making the numerous selections required. In terms of coordinating the installation, Tom Riley (the owner), brought it all together…selecting the installers, scheduling the material and following up. Mary Ann Rinker helped us select the wonderful window coverings. Another rather important note, Wallflowers portion of the project was completed on time and on budget.
This is a great Team! We highly recommend Wallflowers for your next project…you will not be disappointed.
